Celebrate summer with seafood and rosé, featuring our favorite seafood dish from coastal France.

Our summer creation of this beloved Mediterranean stew adorns Creole tomatoes with orange, fennel, saffron and olive oil.

Studded with our local fruits of the Gulf- crab, shrimp, and black drum.

And of course, baguette and rouille!
