For the first time ever, Krug honors a fruit as a single ingredient: the vibrant citrus called lemon. This year, Krug celebrates the lemon as a beacon of generosity and vitality. The citrus brings tension and balance to the Krug wine pairing. Tasty and fresh, the lemon surprises and seduces with brilliant energy.

Our chefs highlight the yuzu, a rare Japanese citrus related to the lemon, prized for its highly aromatic rind and tart juice. The wonderful flavor and unique floral aromas of the yuzu citrus are highlighted in a simple yet layered dessert that perfectly compliments the many complexities of the full and elegant multi-vintage Krug Grande Cuvée.
