Effervescence is thrilled to announce our Champagne Spécial Club Dinner! 

An evening of exceptional food and exclusive wines highlighting the best of Champagne. 

Thursday, April 29th at 6:30pm

Four course dinner paired with four half glasses of vintage Spécial Club Champagne. We will also have some additional Spécial Club wines available by the glass and bottle for this special evening!

But What is the Spécial Club?!

The Club Trésors de Champagne or Spécial Club was founded by 12 of the oldest families in the Champagne region to highlight the quality and unique terroir of each producer.

The Club Trésors today comprises 28 artisan wine makers, selected from the finest areas of the Champagne region, each one recognized for the quality of their work. The Club Trésors is the only organisation in Champagne to select its members according to a set of unrelenting quality standards.

These wines are made only with the growers' own fruit and must be produced, bottled and aged on the member's estate. The wines go through the process of a still wine tasting, a minimum of three years aging on the lees and another tasting of the final Champagne. Only after the stringent blind tastings do certain wines get awarded the prestigious Spécial Club designation. These are truly the best wines from the best years- la crème de la crème!
